The Onshore Intermediaries Act - "False Self-Employment Legislation"

For those of you work on a temporary/contract basis or utilise the service of Recruitment Companies, you may have followed the progress of what is possibly the biggest piece of legislation to hit the Recruitment Industry since the AWR. April 6th saw the Onshore Intermediaries Act come into force. This new piece of legislation has been laid out to maximise Tax revenues by targeting Self-employed Workers.
