The Cardiff Branch are pleased to welcome Michelle Letherby to their Engineering Team this March! An innovative business development, client relationship professional with wide experience in local and global, fast-moving and customer focused operations. Michelle has covered a number of technical niche markets from Heavy Lift, Oil & Gas and Mining Equipment both blue collar and white collar roles within the UK and Overseas, including EMEA, Asia, Australia, Russia and CIS. Having spent 4 years running her own business she is well versed in building strategic and constructive relationships with both candidates and clients and believes that first class customer service and open and honest communication is the most important and valuable element of retaining and building client and candidate relationships.
