We are looking for a Electrical Site Manager with SR163 certification for 4-5 weeks work in Middlesbrough to start on Monday 30th March.
Day rate is £475 per day plus £50.00 per night lodge allowance (if based over 50 miles away).
This will be working 10 hours a day Monday to Friday.
Role Summary
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage site activities, subcontractors, and direct labour.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Monitor project progress, quality of work, and adherence to design specifications.
* Coordinate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
* Control site resources, materials, and equipment.
* Maintain site records, reports, and documentation.
* Managinf onsite CDM requirements and overseeing commissioning activities.
Must have either SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
