Dutton recruitment are looking for a Regional Sales Account manager to help one of our clients cover the north of the thames.

Key Responsibilities
* Being a proactive member of the London and Southeast Sales Team.
* Customer issues are fully investigated and corrected.
* Drive customer excellence whilst maintaining commercial margins.
* Be knowledgeable on ME Hire capabilities in respect to our products and services.
* Be aware of ME Hire core values and ensure these are upheld whilst carrying out your sales duties in respect to the representation of the company in every aspect when dealing with both clients and colleagues.
Key Personal Characteristics
* Work well under pressure and be able to prioritise tasks.
* Good communication skills and able to deal with customers professionally.
* Excellent people management skills
* Ability to organize workload and teams focus
Key Requirements
* Experience in a sales capacity within the M&E construction, fire and security, or other related industry sectors.
* Demonstrated computer skills in MS office and software packages.
* Proven experience in managing KPI's and working to sales targets & budgets.
* A dynamic personality that can engage stakeholders.
