We are looking for a Project Manager for either a permanent or long-term contract based with our client in Reading.
Immediate start available (subject to interview process)
Day rate it £500 per day or Salary Circa £130,000 per annum
You need to have a good understanding of Utility, Water Sector and Construction.
The ideal candidate will need a good understanding of planning, NEC4 Contracts, Programming to a degree, labour management and overall managing skill.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the planning and delivery of Utility, Water and Construction projects
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and framework partners
* Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and resources
* Monitor on-site progress and address any delivery challenges
* Coordinate subcontractors and internal delivery teams
* Manage project completion, handover, and final account processes
Qualifications
* SSSTS Or SMSTS qualification
* First Aid trained
* In date EUSR Card
* Experience delivering projects within the water, utilities, or civil infrastructure sectors
* Strong understanding of construction project delivery
* Experience working within NEC4 contract environments
* Degree, HND, or equivalent experience in Construction / Project Management
* Strong stakeholder and client management skills
* Full UK driving licence
