Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are recruiting:

We are looking for an Office Administrator with an engineering background for a permanent position in York.

Salary is £30,000 per annum.

This will be working 40 hours a week.

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Friday: 8:00am to 2:30pm



Primary Duties:

* Office Administration
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the office.
* Documentation and Production Support
Prepare detailed cutting lists and process documentation derived from engineering drawings, ensuring precision and compliance with technical standards.
* Procurement of Materials
Manage the purchasing of materials required for operational and engineering activities, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective procurement.
* Timesheet Processing
Handle the accurate collection, review, and processing of staff timesheets to support payroll and operational reporting.
