We are currently recruiting for experienced Welders to join our client on a long-term contract based in Sheffield

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled Welders with experience working to high-quality welding standards within an engineering or fabrication environment.

Key Responsibilities

*

Carry out welding duties to the required quality standards, ensuring all welds meet Ultrasonic Testing (UT) requirements.
*

Weld steel components and fabrications to the required specifications.
*

Interpret engineering drawings and welding instructions accurately.
*

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting quality and safety requirements.
*

Inspect completed welds and identify any defects or areas requiring attention.
*

Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
*

Follow all site health and safety procedures.

Essential Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Welder within a heavy engineering or fabrication environment.
*

Demonstrable ability to weld to UT standards.
*

Good understanding of welding quality requirements and specifications.
*

Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
*

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
*

A reliable and professional approach to work.
