The role focuses on producing detailed design drawings, specifications, and coordinating with teams.
Salary is circa £50,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design & Engineering: Produce detailed electrical design drawings, specifications, and compliance with industry standards.
* Project Management: Lead design projects from concept to completion, managing workloads and deadlines.
* Coordination: Act as a liaison between clients, consultants, and project teams.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience: Proven experience within the Building Services sector, with specific experience in residential/commercial/student accommodation preferred.
* Technical Skills: Strong capabilities in CAD and design software.
MUST BE WITHIN COMMUTABLE DISTANCE OF THE WEST MIDLANDS AREA.
