We are looking for a CNC Pressbrake Operator for a permanent position based with our client in Liverpool
Immediate start available (subject to interview process)
Rate of pay is between £15.00 to £16.00 per hour
Key responsibilities:
* Programming, setting and operating an CNC Amada pressbrake machine (1M, 3M and 4M press brakes)
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
* Selecting correct tooling for each job
* Preparation of metal for press.
* Bending and folding materials including stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium.
* Work to a predetermined work to list from the MRP system.
* Working to control plans to ISO 9001 standards.
* Responsible for quality of parts produced.
* Performing first off and secondary quality inspections.
* Ensure exemplary housekeeping standards to both machine and work area.
* Perform other duties as required by Supervisor/Manager.
