Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are currently recruiting:

We are looking for an Administrator for a permanent position based with our client in Sheffield.

Rate of pay is £13.50 per hour.

Working hours are 8am to 4pm (Monday to Friday)

Main Duties

* Assist in administration tasks within the branch as required.
* Create spreadsheets, word documents, send emails plus other IT related tasks.
* Filing & organisation of branch paperwork
* Answer telephone calls from clients and fellow members of staff and deal with the calls accordingly.
* Help to administer the companies CRM system and other company systems.
* To provide administrative support to branch manager, contract managers etc.
* All other general administrative duties
* Any other reasonable duties as required.

Ideal Candidate

* A good level of IT literacy
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Organisation and attention to detail
