Dutton Recruitment are seeking a Floor Layer who has background working in Social Housing in central Sheffield.
You must be fully conversant, experienced with and be able to fit to a very high standard any of the following (not necessarily all):
* All aspects of Subfloor Preparation (Moisture Measuring / Screeding / Feathering / Damp Proofing / Plywood etc.)
* Installation of Sheet Vinyl with Welded Joints
* Cove Forma and Capping of Vinyl Flooring
* Installation of LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tiles)
* Installation of Commercial Carpet and Carpet Tiles
* Installation of Sheet Linoleum with Welded Joints
* Installation of Wood and Laminate Flooring
A CSCS Card is required to Qualify for the role.
