Dutton Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a trainee recruitment consultant to join their friendly and passionate social care and nursing team in Sheffield. Dutton recruitment are a well established recruitment company who were set up in 1982 and now have branches all over the UK and now oversees so this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and forward thinking company, who are financially stable and developing month on month.



Working as part of the social care and nursing team you will be responsible for recruiting and placing health care assistants, support workers and Registered nurses in and around South Yorkshire and some parts of the East Midlands. You do not need to have experience in the sector as this is a trainee position and after successful completion of your probation period you will be enrolled on the Level 2 Apprenticeship course and complete your certificate in recruitment practice. As a trainee recruitment consultant you will be given intensive training on our IT system, filling shifts and rotas, candidate attraction and compliance and eventually move into a sales role. There is an on call service which we offer our clients and after successful completion of your probation period you will be part of this rota which will include having the on call phone one week day evening and one weekend every 6.



To be considered for this role you must have excellent communication skills, be passionate and motivated, be detail orientated, be hardworking and eager to learn and want to move into a sales roles after completion of your training. A car owner and driver are essential for the role, as are strong organizational skills and a 'can do' attitude.

Salary:
£19000 - £20000 per annum + ongoing training and development
