Dutton Recruitment currently require an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer for a project in Gateshead due to start at the end of June.
Our client are carrying out works on a tower block in Gateshead where they require a Liaison Officer to establish relationships with the tenants and gain access to properties to ensure maintenance works are carried out for them.
In this role you will:
Provide a high-quality service by liaising between the tenants & our clients staff
Understand tenant requirements
Support customers, particularly any vulnerable customers
Manage client relationships to engage on access procedures, installation programmes and community engagement
Engagement with field and work planning teams
The initial project is due to last 3 months, however upon successful completion our client has been offered ongoing work in the area.
