Job Description
* Proven track record in account management & telesales.
* Maintain a high level of quality key account management.
* Ensure clients expectations are been met.
* Source products to solve supply issues.
* Have the ability to carry out quality cold calls.
* Demonstrate a High level Customer service and communication skills
* Be able to source and generate new leads.
* Work with the sales team to "warm up" databases and appointment set with and potential new clients.
* Receive and direct main sales calls.
* Effectively operates and manage Lead generating software.
* Demonstrate a High level Customer service and communication skills.
* Raise Sales Quotes.
* Place Sales orders including online orders.
* Utilise, review and Update the Customer database.
* Liaise with relevant departments to ensure deadlines are met and any issues are communicated.
Skills & Attributes
* A very high level of communication skills. Verbally, in print and on the phone.
* Be able to overcome objections.
* Be detail oriented and a problem solver.
* Be able to multitask and handle multiple customer accounts
* Be able to manage time and projects effectively
* Have knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office Software
* Have efficient networking skills
* Excellent computer skills to include outlook.
