
We are currently recruiting for a Property Maintenance Coordinator (Reactive Maintenance) for an established maintenance company based in Carmarthenshire, Wales.
£14 - £16 per hour depending on experience.

Main Duties:
Update jobs reported by staff or clients onto CLIK property management software
Send out jobs to relevant reactive maintenance teams
Liaise with the head of maintenance and the different teams on a daily basis
Liaise with clients if extra chargeable works are required at properties
Keep track of works chargeable to clients for invoicing purposes
Answer phones and deal with queries in a timely manner
Experience:
The ideal candidate will come from a background in one or more of the following areas:
Facilities management, Project Co-ordination, Property maintenance and will have a basic understanding of general maintenance (plumbing, electrics etc.)
A proficient coordinator with excellent administration skills, knowledge of MS Office packages, CLIK or similar CRM.
