Project Administrator urgently required for client based in East London. Our client is an established M&E Main Contractor who specialise in Turnkey solutions, Data Centres, Commercial Offices and Retail. (Office Based)
£27,500 per annum
THE ROLE:
The role will for a busy electrical team to assist with Projects, Cost Reports and general Administration within the department. An interest in numbers/figures or to be switched on in this area is essential.
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE
High level of IT literacy with the ability to maintain computerised information systems including data input.
A good telephone manner is essential & you will be customer service focused.
Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload effectively and methodically.
Ability to use initiative and to be self-motivated as well as working as part of a team.
Ability to extract, analyse and report information from both manual and computerised systems.
Typing competency combined with the ability to accurately minute meetings.
Good written & oral skills.
Transferable skills.
