We are looking for Pipefitter/Welders for permanent positions for a client based in Ossett.
Salary is £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Experience welding heavy wall pipework is essential
This role will primarily be based in our client's Ossett facility but travel around the UK, internationally and offshore will be required either as an individual or as part of a team.
A large range of pipework installation techniques are utilised including our client's nonwelded and welded solutions.
Duties will include spool fabrication using both welding and mechanical forming techniques as well as some pressure testing and flushing.
Training on all products, systems and equipment will be provided.
All candidates would be expected to work both in the workshop and work away on various projects of varying durations, weekend working is required at times both in the workshop and onsite.
Requirements:
* Experience working with both small (<2") and large bore (up to 32 heavy wall stainless steel and carbon steel pipework
* Be reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
* Available to work overtime & weekends when required is a must.
* Have a good understanding of engineering drawings and standards.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
