We are looking for an Operations Support Coordinator for a permanent position based with our client in Sheffield.

Immediate start available (Subject to interview process)

Salary is £27,500 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Operations Manager and team with daily administrative tasks.
* Maintain and update training records, tackle and warehousing registers and more.
* Complete internal and external forms along with costing sheets accurately.
* Keep physical and digital filing systems organised and up to date.
* Ensure all paperwork is properly maintained and accessible.
* Assist with general office duties and additional tasks assigned by the operations team and company directors.
* Assist with administrative tasks to support our Accounts Team.
* Communicate professionally via phone and email with internal and external stakeholders.
* Look proactively for ways to improve daily operations.

Key Requirements:

* Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Proficient in all Microsoft office software.
* Have a confident and professional telephone manner.
* Reliable with excellent timekeeping.
* Able to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines.
* A positive attitude and flexible approach to work.
