MEP Project Manager (Electrical Bias) required for a project based in London.
£300 - £350 per day
THE ROLE:
Our client urgently requires an MEP Project Manager with extensive experience in the Residential New build & M&E sectors, with a strong background on all aspects of projects from inception through to completion.
Duties
Oversee the whole M&E installation
Managing safety and quality aspects of the project in accordance with company procedures.
Managing the progress of work and run M&E trades
Reporting to the Contracts manager reporting weekly progress
Keeping the project stakeholders informed of cost and any other relevant issues.
Attending site progress meetings
Managing the project programme
Reviewing project scope and manage the budget and schedule.
Performing cost analysis where required.
Participating in design reviews.
Reviewing issues to drive continuous improvement.
Managing a team of approximately:
Electrical - 4-6 operatives
Ventilation - 2-4 operatives
VRF - 2-4 operatives
Public Health - 2-4 operatives
Fire & Security - 2-4 operatives
Requirements
Previous commercial experience of a similar value
Experienced in both Mechanical & Electrical
Valid JIB Black Card
SMSTS or SSSTS
Must be digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams.
Must have project management background and be hungry to grow your career
