As a junior recruiment consiultant you will be trained fully in how to source & place candidates onto construction sites accross the UK, using telephone, email & job boards. You will learn the full procedure from start to finish, how to deal with candidates, learn the documentation needed & learn the industry that we operate in. You will also be trained on how to deal with clients, how to attract new clients & the fundamentals of being a recruitment consultant.
You will need to be confident, be willing to learn & above all else want to progress.
