We are looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician for a long-term contract based on a Water Treatment Plant in Basingstoke.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy industrial project with consistent work and competitive rates of pay.

Rate of Pay is £25.00 per hour (All hours worked Monday to Friday)

The Role

You will be carrying out heavy industrial electrical installation work on a water treatment plant, including:

* Installation of cable containment systems
* Cable tray, trunking and ladder rack installation
* Cable pulling and glanding
* Electrical equipment installation and termination
* Working from engineering drawings and site plans
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

Candidate Requirements

* Previous heavy industrial electrical experience is essential.
* Experience working on water treatment plants, power stations, process plants or similar industrial environments is advantageous.
* JIB Gold Card is essential.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
* Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
* Reliable with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
* Evidence of relevant industrial experience must be clearly shown on your CV.
