We are looking for a HR Administrator for a 12 month fixed term contract, homebased with travel to sites based in Stoke and the client's other sites 2 to 3 times a week.
Salary is £25,000 per annum.
Immediate start (Subject to interview process).
Role & Responsibilities
* Providing administrative and organisational support to the Group HR Director
* Issue all offer letters, statement of terms and any associated HR paperwork to all new starters
* Obtaining references for new starters
* Uploading and scanning of HR documents
* Day to day management of the HR email inbox
* Ensure all relevant ID, certificates and employment documents are received by start date
* Driving License checks for new starters and yearly checks for employees
* Be the first point of contact for any HR admin queries
* Conducting pre-employment checks including RTW checks
* Dealing with starters, leavers and processing any changes
* Administration of the bright HR system entering new starters and leavers onto the system
* Keeping the HR system and all personal files up to date
* Supports the Group HR Director in any employee relations disputes including, Welfare Reviews, Case Reviews following OH Referrals and Disciplinaries and Grievance issues
* Support the Line Mangers with any investigations where required
* Taken notes in HR meetings where required
* Maintaining employee confidence by keeping HR information confidential at all times
* Maintaining a quality HR service to the organisation by following organisation standards
* Promotion of an open, transparent, positive, and winning culture throughout the business
* To assist the Group HR Director and Line Managers with staff training needs
Key Accountabilities
* All HR administration
* Training duties
* Keeping the training matrix up to date for all sites and CEL
* Ihasco, filing of all certificates and course roll out to all new employees
* Level 3 CIPD would be advantageous.
* Full clean driving license
