Job Description Overview
- Working as part of a team or individually to deliver a high standard of care to residents and service users.
- Assisting with personal care on both male and female residents and service users.
- Assisting with feeding as and when required.
- Assisting with laundry, cleaning and other activities to ensure a cleanly and homely environment is always present for residents and service users.
- Completing documentation such as daily records, fluid charts, hourly checks and various others to the highest standards possible.
- Assisting with moving and handling of residents and service users, utilising safe moving and handling practices.
- Responding to call bells and other immediate duties.
Essential Criteria
- 6 months' recent UK based experience working as a Health Care Assistant.
- You must have the right to work within the UK.
- Be willing to work in a variety of locations
- A person-centred approach to delivering care.
