Our client offers an impressive portfolio of serviced office buildings that are elegantly furnished. They are currently looking for a Handyman/Fabric Technician. The successful candidate must have the ability to multi-task and deal with a fast-changing work environment and must be efficient & organized with the ability to priorities workload.

Note: There will be heavy lifting and moving of furniture within this position, so a physically fit person is essential.



Duites:

AHU filter changes

Hanging pictures/paintings/whiteboards

Door closer adjustments

Repairs to office furniture

Painting

Minor plumbing unblocking sinks/toilets

Making good/filling/patching up

Painting and Decorating

Basic carpentry undertaken, including furniture repairs.

Office moves, planning and relocations.

Applicants must have good time keeping skills, and be reliable
