We are looking for General Operatives for a long-term contract based with our client in Rotherham.
Immediate start available (Subject to interview process)
Rate of Pay is
* Days - £12.65 per hour first 40 hours, £18.96 per hour After 40 hours.
* Nights £16.82 per hour (First 40 hours), £18.96 per hour (After 40 hours)
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting in the manufacture and preparation of panels and components
* Operating basic machinery and tools in a safe and efficient manner
* Handling materials and supporting production processes
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area
* Following health and safety procedures at all times
* Supporting team members and supervisors to meet production targets
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is desirable but not essential
* Good practical skills and a strong work ethic
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Willingness to learn and take instruction
* Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
