
Job Description:

Control and implement deliverables as per all allocated Customer Specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
*
Contribute directly to the development and effective operation of the Managed Services function.
*
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement departmental strategy, objectives, and continuous improvement processes.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shift, including:
*
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
*
Reactive works to Building Services Systems
*
Ensuring full team coverage for each shift
*
Liaise closely with the customer to:
*
Promote a positive image of the company
*
Provide technical guidance on operation, installation, and maintenance of building services systems
*
Supervise extra work jobs, including:
*
Site inspections
*
Escorting contractors
*
Management of additional tasks
*
Act as an authorised person for the operation of both Low and High Voltage equipment.
*
Develop and implement robust processes and procedures to ensure compliant operation of the site, when required.
Job responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
*
Maintain accurate records related to Health & Safety, electrical works, building compliance, and QA.
*
Ensure sub-contractors meet site requirements and manage their work approvals via the client's process.
*
Hold and maintain HV Authorised Person status, accepting associated responsibilities.
*
Organise all planned works, ensuring appropriate labour resources and necessary coordination meetings.
*
Support recruitment, onboarding, and shift cover planning, including annual leave approvals.
*
Adhere to and enforce Permit to Work systems, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments for all tasks.
*
Maintain availability of necessary equipment and parts for plant additions or modifications.
*
Foster strong relationships with the client and site team, ensuring a safe and professional working environment.
*
Update and manage data within the Computer-Based Maintenance System for accurate asset tracking.
*
Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual KPIs and SLAs.
*
Contribute to project planning and execution, including writing reports, setting standards, and technical integration.
*
Conduct performance reviews and participate in training, drills, and technical assessments.
*
Follow internal procedures for reporting absences, lateness, and booking annual leave with appropriate cover.
*
Participate in the site's escalation procedures and support with other tasks as directed.
*
Be available for occasional overtime, as required.
*
