* City & Guilds 2391 - required
* 18th edition - required
* Full driving licence with own white van/vehicle and tools - required
* Social housing experience - required
* Experience using EasyCert software - required
* Asbestos CAT B - advantageous
* Aico smoke alarm training - advantageous
* Happy to work within London, Essex, and Kent
