We have an excellent opportunity for a CAD/Revit Technician to join our client's team in Rotherham.
We are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Technician to ensure our client deliver projects quickly and efficiently and that they send products to manufacture effectively
You will be fully computer literate with core Microsoft Office software skills and have previous experience of using AutoCAD and Revit.
Ideally with family creation experience and Dynamo programming, you will work alongside all other departments to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with customer expectations / contractual agreements.
Responsibilities :
* Ensure that all Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and procedures are adhered to
* Ensure timely delivery of all design projects
* Ensure quality levels are maintained - customer satisfaction
* Support site evaluations and measures
* Maintain the directory of drawings and provide copies as required
* Liaise with both internal and external suppliers regarding the provision of materials
* Ensure strong two-way communication lines are in place to allow feedback from all staff
* Ensure timely and accurate communications directly with customers pre, during and post contract
* Attend preliminary meetings as required personally/via teams
* Support dispute resolution with facts and necessary evidence
* Support and collaborate with other team members
Skills:
* Understanding of construction Health & Safety and positive attitude to compliance
* General understanding of AutoCAD and REVIT design principles /software with family creation/manipulation an advantage
* Good commercial awareness
* Good communicator using appropriate mediums to convey a clear message
* Able to maintain and build positive working relationships
* Able to create, measure, monitor and improve business and personal performance We are looking for someone who:
* Has excellent communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Enjoys dealing with customers
* Organised and with great attention to detail
Salary is between £20,000 and £25,000 per annum.
