Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are currently recruiting:

We are currently looking for a temporary part time Administrator to work 2-3 days a week for 2-3 months for our client based in Derbyshire.

Immediate start available (subject to Interview process)

You will be primarily working from the office but there will be some flexibility to work from home 1-2 days a week depending on service needs.

The role will be to assist the Licensing Support Officers with administration tasks.

Duties will include

* Answering telephone calls to members of the public and businesses
* Using Microsoft e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel
* General administration duties

Person Specification

* Exceptional organisation, planning and administration skills. You must be able to multitask.
* Have previous experience in aggregated complaints
* Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
* Self-motivated, punctual, reliable.
* Excellent written and communication skills.
* Use of Idox/Uniform systems (desirable but not essential as training will be provided)

Rate of pay is £10.00 to £11.00 depending on experience
