An experienced Process Engineer for a permanent position with our client in Kirkby-in-Ashfield. Our client specialize in the manufacture of a variety of Aluminium goods/components.
The Scope:
* To improve the performance of existing production processes i.e efficiency, reliability, quality and reduction of changeover times.
* To generate and record production information in order to sustain improvements made such as, setter packs/information, standard operating procedures, run rates and production data.
* To provide hands-on troubleshooting support for production setters by resolving tooling, setting, process and machine problems.
The ideal Candidate will be a time served, hands-on engineer with experience of metal forming, process problem solving and some tool-room abilities.
The Salary:
Dependant on experience but ranging between 30-40k per/annum.
