Dutton Recruitment are recruiting for:
A CAD Operator/Offline Programmer for a permanent position to be based in Sheffield to start as soon as possible.
We are looking for an experienced CAD Operator/Offline Programmer to assist in the preperation of offline programmes for machines such as CNC Elgamill, CNC Borer, Juaristi Floor Borer & WB Evolution Vertical Machining Centre.
The work will also involve assisting in the materials processing department on drawing and programme preperation for cutting machines.
Qualifications desired:
CAD Level 2/3
Engineering Apprenticeship in Fabrication or machining would be an advantage.
CNC Programming on various controllers.
Desirable knowledge and skills:
* Solid Engineering background in machining a variety of products including working with fabrications and castings
* Ability to work closely with a variety of departments
* Project Management skills
* Manage own workloads and complete tasks in a timely manner
* Strong focus on accuracy and completion of tasks given
