Team Administrator
£11.50 to 13.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

Immediate start - 2/3 month temp with a possibility of a permanent position
Applicants must have excellent IT experience with advanced Excel skill you will be extracting data from different systems/spread sheets to create reports. Arrange meetings for managers and excellent telephone manner and confidence to be able to chase consultants to sign off clinic letters/check results etc
Our client is a clinical organisation that provides insourcing to UK NHS Trusts to enable them to meet waiting list targets in a sustainable and cost-effective manner. Our client provides services to NHS Trusts nationally and Private Providers, supplying outpatient and surgical services to clear backlogs across multiple clinical specialities. They are looking for a Team Administrator to assist the Services Delivery Managers with Administration support. You will develop long term and sustainable relationships with our client's customers. Your Key Roles
Your duties will be varied and flexed to meet company requirements, working with a team or Services Delivery managers with varied administration duties. Assist SDM resolving operational issues effectively in a time efficient and professional manner. Assist the SDM to ensure that a comprehensive set of policies and procedures is in place at all times in order to underpin the safe and effective delivery of services across all trusts.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and manner - articulate and polite
Able to work in a demanding environment with high standards and tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to liaise with all levels
Ability to using initiative and plan ahead with a 'can do attitude and a team spirit.
