Our client is currently looking for a Handyman/Fabric Technician to undertake various jobs on a number of residential properties. We are looking for a general all-round Handyman to join our team to work within a busy team. You will be working on individual jobs carrying out general repairs and rectifying any defects to ensure our clients receive a high-quality service. The successful candidate must have the ability to multi-task and deal with a fast-changing work environment and must be efficient & organized with the ability to priorities workload.
Ideally, you will need to have the ability to confidently carry out a variety of the below tasks:
Groundworks - concreating, fence panel installs, half steps, clearances, deep cleans, gardening etc.
Decorating - painting, plastering, re pointing, wallpapering, rendering, and coving etc.
Carpentry such as UPVC, lock change, internal door installations, kitchen unit /door repairs, tiling, floor tiles, skirting
Plumbing such as taps, baths, basin, sink repair and installs.
What you need to have:
Ideally, domestic, housing experience
A relevant trade qualification or "on the job" experience
Full driving licence
