Dutton Recruitment are recruiting for:
An Industrial Electrician, preferably with experience in pump assembly manufacturing.
The Role:
* Plans layout, installs, and repairs wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment, such as switches, relays, and circuit-breaker panels, fastening in place with screws or bolts, using hand tools and power tools.
* Assemble electrical/electronic systems to make subassemblies, assemblies or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures and miscellaneous equipment
* Quality assurance inspection of parts according to charts
* Maintain efficiency records of equipment
* Manual statistical testing to ensure machine is to specifications
* Perform safety and housekeeping tasks
* Perform all machine set up duties
* Perform preventative maintenance tasks
Skills
* Time served electrician preferably in pump assembly manufacturing
* Can demonstrate the ability to understand and work with complex Engineering Drawings.
* Can demonstrate the ability to work to fine limits/tolerances.
* Has a proactive approach to work, using own initiative when required and is able to source tooling, jigs or fixtures.
Salary:
£26,375 basic plus overtime opportunities; 6% employer pension scheme; 4 x life cover; sick pay.
