Dutton Nursing & Medical are looking for Healthcare Assistants, Support Worker and Mental Health Workers to work for one of our clients in the Chorley area.
These roles are due to start ASAP and there is an excellent opportunity for temp to perm work available for the right candidate.
Essential Criteria-
-Must have 12 months recent experience working as a HCA
-You must have the right to work in the UK
-You need to be 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life for vulnerable people.

- Providing assistance to residents to help them meet both their health and social care needs. This includes washing, toileting, bed making and preparing meals and drinks.
- Enable residents to achieve independence as far as possible in all areas of their life.
- Help residents to identify and choose thier support needs.
- Floor cover & 1-1 support.
- Understand the rights of the individual to have their wishes respected.
- Understand hotto treat individualswith dignity and respect.
- Understand equal opportunities and supports the equality and diversity of the individual.
