Dutton Recruitment are looking for a Business Development Manager / Junior Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer.



Our client is a world leading company specialising in wind turbine gearbox engineering.

We are looking to hear from anyone who are flexible with travel and experienced in the service sales sector with great customer relationship building skills?

ROLE

Key Attributes of the Role:
* Location - Flexible within the UK, role coverage is UK&I
* Ambition & Passion - We are looking for people with Entrepreneurial Spirit, with a drive for business growth and a real understanding of the value of building customer relationship

* Understand market, competitors and customer needs

* Operate with Moventas S&OP process, support sales business planning and CRM platform

* Ability to identify leads, develop with customer, convert to opportunity and WIN Orders

* Ownership of Sales Opportunity - ability to support tender development, shape the proposal, cost/price calculations, tender presentations & sales handover

* Sales role - successful track record focussed on targets, forecasting, prospecting and delivering results

* Ability to balance Technical Requirements with Commercial Values

* Previous experience within Energy Sector or Gearbox industry beneficial
