Dutton Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join us at our head office based in Sheffield. This is a temporary contract with the potential to go permanent!

This role is to support the general office with all administrative needs. You must be flexible, show good drive and initiative and be able to prioritise and multi-task effectively.

The Role (but not limited to):

* General business administration support
* Filing & scanning
* Process job sheets
* Data entry
* Input invoices/subcontract invoices into system

The Candidate:

* Strong communication skills
* The ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
* Knowledge of Microsoft packages, such as Excel and Word
* Experience of working with a database
* Strong eye for detail and ability to multitask

Remuneration:

* Salary £8.50 per hour
* Monday-Friday 0830-1730
* Full training and development will be given
* 20 Holidays Plus stats
* Pension Contributions after 3 months
