The REC and Jobcentre Plus have agreed a Diversity Pledge to deliver best practice in Recruitment. The emphasis is on harnessing talent and potential and demonstrating that diversity is a necessity not a choice in todays workplace.The pledge promises to value and harness the differences between people, actively seek to identify diverse candidate pools, review all aspects of the employment process to eradicate unjustifiable discrimination and promote recruitment and selection best practice in accordance with the REC's agreed standards.

The Pledge was originally launched in 2005 and has been rejuvenated in 2013 to shine a further spotlight upon the delivery of equality conscious recruitment processes being applied throughout the industry. Today we have acknowledged and signed the pledge and are proud to be operating as a ?Diversity Pledged Recruiter?.

Over our 30 operational years we have won accolades and recognition for our commitment to equal opportunities recruitment. Ranging from external qualification and verification through audits to industry and local authority recognition. We are also proud holders of the "Positive about Disabled People" symbol symbol.
