Today we’re talking to Keith Heppenstall. Keith was recently appointed Finance Director of Dutton Recruitment and the wider group.

He is responsible for the ‘back-office’ team, he ensures that the finances and financial reporting are kept in good order to allow efficient and effective business performance.


Now, lets get to know him...

What was your first ever job?

I was a shelf stacker at local mini-mart.

How long have you been in recruitment?

6 years!

What's your favourite thing about the industry?

It’s fast paced.

...and what your least favourite thing?

Sometimes how it’s very fast paced….

What made you want to join Dutton Recruitment?

I wanted to be part of a growing, successful organisation!

What's something you can't live without at work?

Liz’s Tuckshop! (Our staff-run fridge of goodies)

Tea or Coffee?

Tea, definitely.

What’s your favourite thing to do outside of work?

I love to play Tennis, but to a questionable standard!

What is your main goal at Dutton Recruitment?

To keep the finances in good order and ensure adequate funding to allow continued growth and development.

If you could go anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?

Angkor Wat, Cambodia – it’s a bucket list thing!
