Cardiff 10K done and dusted!

After weeks of warm ups and practicing; our team set off on their charity 10K run in the heart of a sunny Cardiff City Center yesterday morning amongst the 10am chime of the Town Hall clock. Our runners were amongst a record crowd of 4,000 runners who took part in the 10K run which weaved throughout the streets and parks of the welsh capital. The atmosphere for the duration was electric and the streets of Cardiff were lined with well-wishers and supporters cheering on the runners.
