Mobile Plumbing Engineer
Covering M25
Salary: £38,000
Our client is currently recruiting for a Plumbing Engineer to assist in the operation of all aspects of the plumbing trade Installs, maintenance and reactive call outs. Please note that the successful candidate must have a full UK driving license.
Responsibilities
Ensure effective running of the assigned jobs
Gain experience in reactive calls
Gain experience in planned maintenance (plumbing, electrical and fire alarm)
Work alongside members of own team, assisting in the operation of works
Achieve levels of learning to develop role
Assist in the recording of calls to the log book on various sites
Work with Line Manager to keep stock levels accurate
Ensuring Compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
Liaise with supervisor to ensure expectations are managed and met
Key results
Wastage - Minimise time on call outs / Minimise return visits
Minimise cost of damage and wastage of materials
Customer Satisfaction - To be measured by repeat business, achieving high standard of Workmanship (keep caretakers & tenants on site happy)
Programmes - Work completed on time

On site experience 1st and 2nd fix
