Mobile Mechanical Engineer

Location: Covering M25

Salary: £35,000 Per Annum



Our client is a medium sized installation/maintenance provider and looking for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join their team to work on a portfolio of sites around London & the home counties. Please note that a Full UK driving License is essential for this role as you will be provided with a company vehicle.



Duties

You will be maintaining and keeping in good repair, the buildings mechanical systems along with all associated component parts.

Routine tests, checks and record keeping for all the buildings systems.

PPM & Reactive Maintenance on the following: Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, UPS generators, Chillers, Lighting, PAT testing.

Liaise and arrange sub-contractor support and manage and control all sub-contractors when on site. To monitor and adjust as deemed necessary, the building management systems (BMS) controlling the building's HVAC to optimal levels of efficiency.



Skills Requirements:

Strong technical skills

Must have experience in both Installation and Maintenance

Technically qualified as a Mechanical Engineer (City & Guilds, HNC etc)

Electrical or multi-skilled considered

Multi-skilled beneficial

Good administrative skills

Computer literate

Good interpersonal and communication skills
