We are looking for a Mechanical Services Engineer for a permanent position in Chesterfield.
Immediate start available (depending on an interview process).
The successful applicant will be responsible for the delivery of a wide range of mechanical services and surveying functions relating to our client's buildings, in particular heating, gas air-conditioning, ventilation, hot and cold water services and fire sprinkler systems.
This is a diverse role in a busy team and the applicant will need to have experience of managing contractors, organising maintenance schedules and following up actions arising from routine inspections, repairs and planned maintenance.
The successful candidate will need to be a self-starter, organising their own workload and to have good communication skills with customers and within the team.
You will need to have a proven track record in working on Commercial property from a maintenance and management role.
