Lettings Negotiator
North London
£18k - £24K (plus bonus and commissions)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fantastic Lettings Negotiator to join our clients expanding team. You will be based in north London and cover properties in the surrounding areas. Their primary focus is to provide the highest level of customer service to their clients and ensure that their expectations are always exceeded. The successful candidate must have a Full UK driving license and car - all expenses in regards to travel will be covered by the client.
Duties
Handle customer enquiries in full, from both tenant and landlord
Follow up enquiries
Match applicants to suitable properties
Arrange and attend viewings
Negotiate tenancy terms and let properties
Sell additional services within the business
Liaise between tenants and landlords
Canvass for new business
Candidate requirements for the role;
Full and valid driving licence
Knowledge of the local area
Self-motivated, customer service orientated mindset
Highly organised and proactive
Articulate and presentable
