We are looking for a Installation Site Supervisor for a permanent position for a client based in Stoke.

Success of our client's business is dependent on very high calibre Supervision of the Group's on-site installations.

Must live in a commutable distance to Stoke as when not working away, you will be working on their site.

This Role will require regular National and International Travel to Clients sites, so candidates must be flexible and willing to travel and work away as this is a big part of this job.

It is vital that the Group's Installation Site Supervisors work as a single, effective, harmonious Team to deliver the best Manufacturing, Installation and Service/Repair solutions to the Clients.

Purpose of Role:

* Aiding in the achievement of the company's business goals through effective Technical Support and Communications within the Group
* Provide Engineering Leadership and Experiences both Internally to the Company and to Agency/Subcontract Manufactures and Installers
* Take responsibility for the implementation of the Group Health and Safety Measures
* Take responsibility for the adherence to the Group Quality Manual and Procedures
* Take responsibility to protect and retain Group information and Company Confidential information
* Facilitate the Installation of Components and Assemblies to agreed timelines, costs and quality standards including Raising and Logging Non-Conformities.
* Supervise the adherence of Group Working Hours by all Staff including Timesheet Accuracy.
* Escalate unresolved Issues in accordance with the Group Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures.
* Ensure high quality control of Health, Safety and Environmental Risks on site
* Ensure Toolbox Talks are carried out


* Comply fully with and maintain the Group's business procedures, quality standards (including ISO 9001:2000), Health and Safety regulations, housekeeping and information systems within the scope of the position.
* Research and compliance with International Standards as required

Personal Skills include:

* Education - Degree Level Engineering Qualification or Substantial relevant experience.
* Driving experience and the ability to travel to client and supplier sites, as required
* International Travel where required.
* Relevant product application and industry sector knowledge including Ductworks, Steelworks and Insulation/Cladding systems.
* Knowledge of CDM Regulations
* Ability to produce Risk Assessments and Method Statements
* Experience of working within manufacturing/engineering industries.
* Proven leadership skills
* Proven Problem Solving skills.
* IT skills - incl. MS Office suite, MS Project & CDS file management
* Communication skills - written & verbal

Candidates would be expected to carry either SMSTS or SSSTS qualifications and CSCS Card.

Salary is between £38,000 and £45,000 per annum (depending on experience).
