From supplying engineering trades through to supervisory and middle management positions both contract and permanent, you'll join a specialist well established office of experienced Recruiters who are dedicated within their given disciplines to understanding their client's needs and businesses in order to supply and for fill labour requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
* You will be recruiting positions such as Trades through to Engineers as well as mid- senior level positions, for well-known and established brands in the Engineering sector.
* Dedicated to sourcing the very best skilled engineers on the market for your clients.
* Use a variety of modern recruitment tools to source and attract candidates daily; headhunting, social media, job boards, databases, and email campaigns to ensure you have candidates readily available to fill suitable positions.
* Being responsible and involved in the whole recruitment process, from initial sourcing to telephone screening and sharing offers once successful.
* Consistently exceed client expectations by providing an attentive and thorough recruitment service.
* Develop excellent professional working Client relationships to identify new opportunities for business.
You Will Ideally Have: -
* At least 3-5 years of experience working within the Heavy Engineering Recruitment Industry as a recruiter either consultant or senior consultant.
* Excellent knowledge of Engineering trade disciplines and processes.
* Ideal but not essential to Contractor experience.
* Experience working to targets, deadlines, and service agreements.
* Dedication to providing a high-level of service within the engineering spectrum.
* Have good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
* Able to confidently work multiple roles simultaneously whilst providing the same level of service and attention to all clients.
