Customer Service Advisor | Romford | Essex | ASAP start



Dutton Recruitment are currently supporting an insurance company who are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join their team. The role of this position is detailed below



* Prioritise and process customer queries and requests submitted by telephone, email, live chat or instant message.
* Issue New Business and Renewal cases for our Sales department.
* Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records.
* Liaise with Insurance Companies.
* Set up Finance Agreements for customers
* Up sell our own Add on products.



The ideal candidate will have the following but it is not necessary,



* Have experience within a customer service role (preferable)
* Use of the Open GI System - preferable but not essential
* Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
* The right candidate must be enthusiastic, confident, professional and hard working.
* Attention to detail is important.
* Friendly and supportive to both other team members and customers.
