Branch-Watch - Leeds

For as long as Dutton Recruitment (under any name) has existed, so too almost has our Leeds Branch. The sectors, market, and the office location has changed a lot over the years, but a presence in the fantastic city of Leeds has always been a constant.

The branch has recruited for a wide variety of sectors in it’s long history, but it’s story can be separated into two clear parts.

Originally, the branch recruited for the Trades, taking advantage of the enormous demand for labour in a city growing at a fast pace. Using our heritage and knowledge of the Trades Industry we were able to expertly service many well-known Construction and Building Clients in the Leeds area, and further afield.

Then, following a centralisation of our Engineering and Trades desks, Leeds underwent a huge shift to the Healthcare Industry. They saw the opportunity to help the staffing issues that many Nursing and Residential Homes experienced in the area and help they certainly did.

Now the branch is still servicing these clients and have come a long way since they shifted sectors. Now providing a huge range of Care Work roles to many clients in the area, they are on the way to rivalling the heights of our Trades reputation!
