The Opportunity Due to expansion, we are currently looking to recruit a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly and passionate Social Care and Nursing Team based in Sheffield city centre. As part of your role, you will be responsible for recruiting and placing health care assistants, support workers and Registered nurses in and around South Yorkshire and some areas of the East Midlands. Due to initially being a trainee position, previous experience in the sector is not required.



As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be given intensive training on our IT system, filling shifts and rotas, candidate attraction and compliance and eventually move into a sales role. In addition, after successful completion of your probation period you will be enrolled on to the Level 2 Apprenticeship Course, completing your certificate in recruitment practice.



We offer an on-call service to our clients, where after the completion of your probation period you will required to be part of the on-call rota. This will include having the on-call phone one weekday evening and one weekend every 6.
