We are currently looking to recruit a Site Manager to start work in Stoke-on-Trent. Our client is a well-established construction company, who complete UK-wide contracts.
They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a freelance basis to manage contracts throughout the UK, valuing from £250k-£4m generally to lead from the front and be predominantly site based.
Ideally you will have experience within the healthcare and education sectors, working on new build and refurbishment projects as well as groundworks.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Ensuring all Health, Safety and Environmental rules and guidelines are adhered to on site during the project, including the undertaking of inductions and toolbox talks if necessary.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism across the site to promote the company to current and future clients.
* Arranging and coordinating sub-contractors
* Communication with client
* Overseeing overall progress and standard of build
The ideal candidate will have:
* Valid CSCS card
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* Flexible & positive approach to work
* A hands-on approach to Site Management
Whilst my client is based In Stoke-on-Trent, a good percentage of their work is UK wide so a full driving license & access to a car would be needed.
